Each of our Log Cabins are designed with a unique theme and decor! Cabin One: French Country Cabin Two: Old Glory Patriotic Cabin Three: Victorian Cabin Four: Western Check-in Time is 3 p.m. Check-out Time is 11 a.m. 5% Senior Discount on all cabins! Government rates also available! Our Log Cabins are fully equipped to meet your needs! You will find plenty of towels and linen which will be re-supplied each day of your stay.....! For your cooking needs, you will find a Microwave along with an electric skillet (crock pots are available upon request), microwave dishes, glassware, and plenty of silverware for your convenience. You will also find a toaster and electric can opener in each cabin too! Each of our Log Cabins has a 3 ft Refrigerator....... so bring your favorite foods and snacks! In addition to great meals in the Cafe, next door to your Cabin, you may purchase fresh sandwich meats and cheeses in the cafe........ if you get the munchies! Each cabin has a 4-cup coffee maker (an 8-cup coffee maker is also available). Basic Cable TV is provided in each cabin and we now have DVD/VCR combo machines and VCRs available for rent at $5. per night........... so don't forget to bring along your favorite movies! During your stay with us, you will find a laundromat just up the street (seasonal) and a little farther up the street you will find two general stores for additional items or groceries you may need - one with a gas station too! We have a private trail right outside our cabins that will take you just a short walk down to the Sumpter Valley Gold Dredge and the Sumpter Valley Railway Depot! Both of these attractions can be seen from our cabins and cafe ~ and just wait until you hear the train whistle in your cabin......! Folks here at the Scoop-N-Steamer are knowledgeable about local attractions and events here in Sumpter so please don't hesitate to ask!
