Our Cabins are fully equipped to meet your needs! You will find plenty of towels and linen which will be re-supplied each day of your stay! For your cooking needs, you will find a Microwave along with an electric skillet in each cabin! (crock pots available upon request). Each cabin is stocked with microwave dishes as well as plenty of glassware and silverware. You will also find a toaster and electric can opener in each cabin for your convenience. Each cabin has a 3 ft Refrigerator so bring your favorite foods and snacks! Also, you may purchase fresh sandwich meats and cheeses in the cafe! Each cabin has a four-cup coffee maker (an eight-cup coffee maker is also available). Basic Cable TV is provided in each cabin and we now have DVD/VCR combo machines and VCRs available for rent at $5. per night so don't forget those favorite movies!

During your stay with us, you will find a laundromat just up the street and a little farther up the street you will find a general store for additional groceries. Just beyond the general store you will find another conveinance store and gas station.
We have a private trail right outside our cabins that will take you a short distance to the Sumpter Valley Gold Dredge and the Sumpter Valley Railway Depot! Both of these popular attractions can be seen from our cabins and are just a short walk away! Everyone here at the Scoop-N-Steamer Station are knowledgeable about local attractions to visit and activities here in Sumpter so please don't hesitate to ask!
